During Water Electrolysis Process the electrolyzer, symmetrical conductive structure with anode in the middle and cathode at ends avoid the shortage of voltage. The improved sealing washer isolates hydrogen from oxygen used for many purposes. In this way, the separator, synthesizer, filter, cooler, cycling pump, tubes and valves are mounted on a skid for easy installation and transportation for smooth process. This technique generates hydrogen gas through electrolysis (bipolar type) along with gas boosters and de-oxo units. When water is charged with electrical current, the electrolysis dissociates the elements of water (oxygen and hydrogen). In this connection, the amount of power consumed by these plants is 4.5 KW (per cubic meter of hydrogen). Finally, the hydrogen obtained is collected in a hydrogen gas holder. It is kept for further use for processing. Though hydrogen obtained through electrolysis is 99.8% pure, yet the use of de-oxo units helps in purifying it further (up to 99.999%). During Ammonia Cracking Process an ammonia cracker unit produces cracked ammonia gas using the ammonia in anhydrous form from cylinders.Usually cracked ammonia contains around 75% hydrogen and 25% nitrogen.The product gas is dry and free of oxygen. The production of cracked gas amounts to 2.63 nm3/kg of ammonia feed stock. The residual ammonia contents are less than 20 ppm and dew points are upto (-) 50 degC. As certain application require the need of gas having very low residual ammonia contents and low gas dew point.Here comes the PSA technology,cracked ammonia is passed through a special grade of dessicant in twin tower Pressure Swing Adsorption System(PSA type). It has the properties of adsorption of nitrogen molecules at much faster rate than hydrogen molecules. After this purification process,the residual ammonia contains generally fall below 3 ppm and dew point of gas shows considerable improvement up to (-) 80. Technical Specification:
